Like the 1950 helmet, Jean-François Bardinon wanted to integrate this 1960’s Jet model into our collection.

There were originally two American manufacturers: Bell and Bucco.
The Bell one was smaller and more accessible. It was indeed the brand used by the Bardinon family for racing.
But the rarity was for the larger and more elaborate Bucco, more used by English Formula 1 drivers such as Jim Clark in 1967 – shortly before his death – Graham Hill, Jackie Stewart and Jean-Pierre Beltoise – who raced for Matra in 1969, but in an English team managed by Ken Tyrrell.

Jean Pierre Beltoise, a good friend of Pierre Bardinon, lent it to Chapal for modelling.
Today we offer it with a leather covered interior and memory foam.
