Every CHAPAL piece is entirely crafted in our Manufacture in Crocq, France.

From leather tanning to the final assembly, every step takes place under one roof. This fully integrated production is exceptionally rare today and allows us to maintain complete control over quality while preserving nearly two centuries of craftsmanship.

We carefully source premium raw hides, primarily from France and selected European suppliers.

All leathers are then transformed in CHAPAL’s own tannery in Crocq, where our artisans apply techniques developed and refined over generations. This integrated process gives each leather its distinctive character while ensuring exceptional durability.
