Yes, 100% of our products are made in France. Even more, they are all handcrafted in our workshop in Crocq. We, at Chapal, believe that this is the best way to achieve the perfect quality you are expecting from them.

Raw hides are sourced in France and then processed in our tannery in Crocq, preserving the savoir-faire Chapal initiated there almost two hundred years ago. Local and integrated sourcing is the expression of Chapal’s firm belief in sustainable development.

Each product that we do can be made to order, may it be a jacket, helmet, pair of shoes, or overall. The bespoke experience also gives you the opportunity to imagine a totally new product that Chapal CEO and stylist Jean-François Bardinon will create especially for you.

Most of our ready-to-wear products are available on stock. Custom orders usually take between 6 and 8 weeks. If you have any time constraint (an event, anniversary or else), please let us know, we will do our best to satisfy.

If you want to see our products and feel them on your shoulders, the best option is to book an appointment in our showroom in Paris. If you don’t have the opportunity to come, you can also visit one of our stockists. Please note that they may not have each item in stock.
